This is an application for condonation of delay of 14 days caused for filing the First Appeal.

Perused the application. Heard learned Advocate for the applicant.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, it appears that the delay is not deliberately caused and deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is allowed.

b.

Delay of 14 days caused for filing the appeal is condoned.

c.

Civil Application is disposed of.

This is an application seeking stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 08.06.2026. 3.

Meanwhile, there shall be ad-interim-stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award on condition that appellant shall deposit the entire amount under impugned judgment and award with the Registry of this Court within eight weeks from today.

If the award amount is not deposited within eight weeks, ad-interim-stay granted by this Court shall be vacated without further reference to this Court.
