This is an application for recalling the order dated 13th January, 2026 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court in First Appeal (Stamp) No.35305 of 2025 and for restoring the first appeal by condoning the delay of 49.

Perused the application.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B), subject to the removal of all the office objections within two weeks from today. It is clarified that if the office objections are not removed within the stipulated time, this application shall be deemed to be rejected without further reference to the Court.
