The applicant has filed this application seeking restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 02.12.2025. The petitioner in person submits that he was suffering from injuries and therefore he could not attend the petition on the date on which the order came to be passed. He has also annexed copy of medical certificate showing that he was suffering from fracture injury. There is also delay in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The order dated 02.12.2025 is hereby recalled. The petition stands restored to its original position. Place the petition on Board dated 05.05.2026. 03.
