Considering the averments made in the application, the application is allowed.

The delay of 35 days in filing the civil application is condoned.

By the present application, the Applicant seeks review of the order dated 22.12.2025 passed by this Court, whereby out of the amount of Rs.50,000/-, a sum of Rs.25,000/- was directed to be transmitted to the Advocates' Association Bar Library of this Court and the remaining Rs.25,000/- to the Advocates' Association Bar Library of the trial Court at Aurangabad.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the suit is Tauseef

2 of 2 49-CA.3385.2026.odt for recovery of an amount of Rs.3,92,240/- and, therefore, this Court ought not to have directed transmission of the aforesaid amounts to the Advocates' Association Bar Libraries.

The order under review was passed considering the fact that interim relief had been granted subject to deposit of Rs.50,000/-. It is now submitted that the matter is posted for evidence. However, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner is unable to point out any apparent error on the face of the record in the order dated 22.12.2025. 6.
