This Civil Application is filed seeking direction to the College / Management to issue Hall Ticket to the Applicant. Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has already lost his first paper.

Learned Advocate for the College / Management submits

{2} that since last 4 years, the Applicant has not deposited a single rupee. He further submits that as on today, Rs.27,00,000/- is outstanding fees against the Applicant and Rs.3,00,000/- would be the fees for the next semester.

Learned AGP appearing for the State contends that the applicant is not eligible for reimbursement of fees. 4.

Taking into consideration the urgency involved in the matter and as the applicant has already lost his first paper, at this stage, we direct the College to issue Hall Ticket to the Applicant by accepting Rs.5,00,000/- which is being deposited by the father of the Applicant.

If the Applicant takes admission for the next semester, he shall deposit Rs.3,00,000/-. Of course, the amount of fees deposited by the Applicant is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Applicant and shall be subject to the final decision of the Writ Petition.

With the above directions, the Civil Application is disposed of.

Learned Advocate for the College / Management shall inform this order to the College / Management.
