By the present application, the applicants / original claimant Nos. 1, 3 and 4 are seeking permission to withdraw the amount lying in the name of applicant No.2 - Ganesh Sham Kanade, who died on 16.12.2016, during pendency of the First Appeal No.1361 of 2010, arising out of the judgment and award passed in M.A.C.P. No.20 of 2005 (Old No.317 of 2000), dated
