This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the application.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that as directed by this Court vide order dated 1st December, 2025 passed in Civil Application No.5178 of 2025, the appellant has deposited 50% of the amount as per the impugned judgment and award alongwith interest. The learned counsel for the appellant strongly opposes the application.

O R D E R

I.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

II.

With this, the civil application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
