This is an Application filed by the Original Claimants for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Appellant - Insurance Company in this Court.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Appellant - Insurance Company has deposited the entire awarded amount along with accrued interest in this Court. Therefore, the Applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount along with interest accrued thereon.

Learned counsel for the Insurance Company opposed the application for withdrawal of entire deposited amount.

In view of the above, the Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- out of total compensation, on furnishing the usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
