Learned counsel for the applicant inadvertently failed to remove the office objections and hence, the appeal came to be dismissed. There is delay of 84 days in filing the Civil Application. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 84 days is condoned subject to applicant depositing Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand) with the High Court Bar Association Library, Aurangabad). Upon deposit of such amount, the appeal shall be restored to the file of this Court.
