PER COURT :- 1.

This application is filed seeking modification of the order passed by this Court. This Court by order dated 26.03.2026 has allowed the applicants to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court by the appellant. Only difficulty now expressed is that there are in all 17 applicants who have made this application for withdrawal of the amount. Office of this Court is insisting to open a joint account in the name of all the applicants for transfer of the amount. The applicants find it difficult to open a joint account of

The applicants in this civil application have already stated that the amount be deposited in three different accounts for the respective applicants as stated in prayer clause (C) of the application. Therefore, the learned advocate for the applicants prays that the order be modified to that extent. 2.

The learned advocate Mr. Pawar for respondent No. 1 fairly states that he has no objection to this arrangement. 3.

Considering above, office to disburse the amount of the applicants as per their respective shares in the accounts of the persons named shown in prayer clause (C) of the application. All the applicants for the said purpose to give necessary undertaking/affidavit to the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
