This Application is filed seeking leave to amend the Writ Petition.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.4 submits that this is a fresh cause of action, therefore, the Applicant should file a fresh petition.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the ground of challenge remains the same, as is mentioned in the

{2} ca3661-26.doc Writ Petition and, therefore, there is no need to file fresh writ petition.

Having heard learned Advocates for the parties, we are of the opinion that the Application deserves to be allowed. 6.

In the result, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A".
