Today, the appellant has circulated this application for placing the matter for final hearing. However, on perusal of the record, it appears that the present appeal is valued less than Rs. One crore. On 29.07.2015, the State Government issued notification and enhanced

917ca3804-26 pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court to entertain the appeals valued up to Rs. one crore.

In view of the above, the present appeal and all applications pending therein are hereby transferred to the District Court Latur. 3.

The Registry of this Court is directed to immediately transfer the papers of First Appeal No. 715 of 2006 alongwith Civil Applications therein to the District Court, Latur.

Upon receipt of the appeal paper books, the learned Principal District Judge shall assign the matter to the competent court for adjudication as per rules.

5.
