The civil application No. 3848 of 2026 is filed for withdrawal of the amount. Perused the application. Heard learned advocates for both sides. Learned advocate for the respondents strongly opposed the application. It is submitted that 50% amount is deposited in this Court. Thus, considering this fact, the application deserves to be allowed and it is accordingly allowed. The applicant
ca3848.26 -2in the said application is permitted to withdraw entire amount of Rs.14.00 Lakhs and some odd amount, which is the share of the present applicant, deposited in this court with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The application is disposed of. 2.
In so far as the civil application No.1100 of 2026 is concerned, the same is filed for grant of stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award. Perused the application. Heard learned advocates for both sides. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the parties that more than 50% amount is deposited in this Court. In view of the same, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and disposed of. (SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.) rlj/
