This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount. Perused the application. Heard learned advocates for both the sides. By order dated 28.04.2025 passed in civil application No. 2567 of 2025 in first appeal No. 746 of 2025, this Court allowed to withdraw 60% amount to respondent Nos. 4 and 5, who are parents of deceased Laxman, who died in vehicular accident. Considering the principle of parity, applicant Nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of their share with accrued interest and costs, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
