Both these applications are filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of petitioner No.7 and petitioner No.2 respectively. 2.

Petitioner No.7 Hari Narayan Mahanubhav died on 04.02.2020 and the applicant No.7A Sudhakar Hari Mahanubhav is shown to be his only legal heir. Petitioner No.2 Baban Nana Mahar died on 23.02.2021 and Applicant Nos. 2A and 2B are his legal heirs. There is delay of 1401 days in filing both these civil applications for bringing the legal heirs of deceased on record. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay as prayed for, stands condoned. Both the applications are allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the writ petition within 2 (two) weeks.
