The learned counsel for the employees / Applicant submits that the application under Section 33(C)(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for the outstanding amount is decided in their favour against which the Writ Petition is filed in this court. This court has granted interim protection subject to the deposit of the outstanding amount. He submits that the Writ Petition is dismissed and the balance lies in this court. He submits that the amount be permitted to be withdrawn along with accrued interest.

The employees / Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest, subject to an undertaking that

2 33 if there is reversal of the order they would revert the withdrawn amount in this court as per directions that may be passed. 3.
