By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring the legal heirs of petitioner No.(2-b) on record. 2.

Considering the averments made in the application and the reasons assigned therein, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (E) and (F).

Amendment be carried out before the next date, i.e. 20.04.2026. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3935 OF 2026 5.

By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring the legal heirs of petitioner No.1 on record by condoning the delay of 2164 days.

Contending that there is delay of 2164 days in filing the present application, the same is opposed by the learned counsel, Mr. Rane, on the ground that despite having knowledge, the applicants failed to take steps to bring the legal heirs on record.

Considering the averments made in the application and the reasons assigned therein, the delay of 2164 days deserves to be condoned. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). 8.

Amendment be carried out before the next date, i.e. 20.04.2026. 92 WRIT PETITION NO. 5525 OF 2016 9.

The petitioners seek time to file rejoinder. The petitioners shall file rejoinder and serve an advance copy to the proposed respondents well before the next date.
