This application is filed for condonation of delay for restoration of the Second Appeal, which was dismissed in view of the conditional order passed by the Registrar dated 18.02.2026. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that he could not mark the appeal listed before the learned Registrar (Judicial) for removal of the office objections, wherein, by conditional order dated 18.02.2026, the directions were issued to remove office objections within a period of two weeks, Hence, the office objections could not be removed due to inadvertence. The delay

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 26 days caused in filing of the application for restoration of the Second Appeal (Stamp) stands condoned, subject to cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only).

The Cost to be deposited with the High Court Advocate's Bar Library, Aurangabad. Upon depositing of the cost, the appeal shall be restored to its original stage.

The office objections shall be removed within two weeks from today.
