By way of this application, applicants seeks restoration of writ petition no.8421 of 2025 which has been dismissed for want of steps in terms of the order dated 6.1.2026. 2.

Perused reasons as stated in the application. 3.

It is submitted that due to medical reasons applicants could not take steps and undertakes to take necessary steps within a period of two weeks in case writ petition is restored. 4.

Considering submissions advanced, Civil application is allowed subject to condition that applicants takes necessary steps within a period of two weeks from today. In case of failure to take steps for service of notice or removal of the office objections, order dated 6.1.2026 shall govern the proceeding.
