A copy of the order dated 13.03.2026 is placed on record to show that in similarly situated matters, this Court already permitted the applicants to receive 75% amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking.

Civil Applications are allowed partly.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank.
