By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 22.12.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.6589 of 2023.

By the said order, the petition filed by the petitioner was allowed. On the same day, the petitioner sought leave to substitute his surname from 'Khade' to 'Khande' in the cause title of the petition. The leave was granted and accordingly, he carried out the amendment.

According to the petitioner, since in his entire service record his surname is mentioned as 'Khade' the respondents have shown their inability to implement the direction issued by this Court. Hence the present application is Narwade

907-ca-4139-2026.odt filed seeking correction of surname mentioned in the cause title from 'Khande' to 'Khade'.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and learned AGP and for the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. 5.

Surname of the applicant in the cause title of the order dated 22.12.2025 be read as 'Khade'.
