This is the Application by the Petitioner in the disposed of Writ Petition for withdrawing amount of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rs. Six Lakh) with accrued interest thereon, which was deposited by him pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.06.2023.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 - Society submit that, the Petitioner has paid the entire loan amount to the Society and therefore, the Petitioner be allowed to withdraw this amount which was deposited pursuant to the order of this Court.

The learned AGP for the State is present.

As the Petition is finally disposed of by the order dated 30.09.2024 and there is no dispute that the Petitioner has paid the entire loan amount, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
