This application is filed for restoration of writ petition. There is delay of 1238 days in filing the present civil application. 2.

Heard learned advocate for the applicants and learned AGP for State.

Learned AGP strenuously opposed the application stating that delay is not properly explained.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned subject to the applicants paying cost of Rs. 10,000/- each to the Government Cancer Hospital, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, within a period of four weeks from today.
