At the outset, it appears that in Paragraph No. 5 of the said order, there is typographical mistake. In spite of Rs. 15,00,000/-, amount of Rs. 15,00,00,000/- is appearing. Therefore, the said mistake be corrected.

respondent No. 2 to deposit an amount of Rs. 10,00,000/-. Learned AGP submits that due to the mistake on the part of her office, there is belated communication and for the deposit of said amount, three sanctions are required and now only one sanction is remaining i.e., from treasury which can be completed from within a period of one week. However, she seeks extension by two weeks to deposit the said amount. Though learned Advocate for the respondent objects, we extend the time to deposit the said amount by two weeks.
