ca4199.26- -2respondents-claimants on record by condoning the delay caused in filing the said applications. Perused the contents of the said applications. Heard learned advocates for the parties. For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B" and disposed of. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.

In so far as the civil applications Nos. 7129 of 2010 and 7131 of 2010 are concerned, the same are filed for grant of stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award. Perused the applications and heard learned advocates for both sides. It appears that by efflux of time, the civil applications filed for grant of stay are rendered as infructuous. In view of same, civil applications for stay are disposed of as infructuous.
