Applicants seek withdrawal of amount of Rs.1,63,91,703/- and Rs.70,80,349/-, respectively, deposited by the respondent - Acquiring Body.

My attention is adverted to order dated 14.01.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench in the connected Appeals, permitting the claimants to receive 75% of the amount with the accrued interst on furnishing undertaking. The present matter is stated to be left out matter.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the situation.

Civil Applications are allowed partly.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank.
