This application is filed seeking addition of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Metropolitan Regional Development Authority, a Planning Authority as a party respondent.

Considering the above, this Court find that the application needs to be allowed. The application is, therefore, allowed. The proposed respondent be added as a respondent No.4 forthwith. As there are allegations against the Planning Authority, we find that it is a necessary party. The application is therefore allowed. After adding the party, issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable on 11.06.2026.
