Mr. S. S. Dande, learned counsel submits that his client Mr. Dinesh Vithalrao Khatte, Executive Engineer, Dharashiv Medium Project Division, Dharashiv is present today in terms of the bailable warrant issued by order dated 17.03.2026. He further submits that the order of this court is implemented, in violation of which the present Contempt Petition is filed. 2.

Mr. Sushant Choudhari, learned counsel appearing for the Contempt Petitioner submits that his client has not received the amounts deposited by the Respondent.

However, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel Mr. S. S. Dande, appearing for the Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation, further appearance of Mr. Dinesh Vithalrao Khatte, Executive Engineer, Dharashiv Medium Project Division, Dharashiv is dispensed with. The warrant issued earlier would stand discharged.

Civil Application No.4417 of 2026 stands disposed of accordingly.
