This is an application for restoration of the appeal, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections by order dated 22nd April, 2014, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. There is a delay of 4363 days caused in filing this civil application. Perused the application. Heard both the sides. Considering the reasons stated in the application, this Court is of the view that the delay is not deliberately caused. Therefore, the delay deserves to be condoned and the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice, in view of the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in the case of New Okhla Industrial Development Authority Vs. Rameshwar @ Ramesh Chandra Sharma (Dead)

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) to (C). The appeal be restored to its original position.
