The learned counsel submits that Respondents No.3(1) to 3(6) are avoiding service. He submits that attempt was made to serve through regular process and also through private service. However, respondents no.3(1) to 3(6) could not be served. The respondents service came back with remark addressee left without instruction.

Considering the grounds made in the application, Civil Application No.4458 of 2026 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
