Pursuant to the directions given by this Court, the applicant was permitted to appear for the Final BDS Examination held in the Winter-2025. By this application, the applicant prays for direction to declare the result.

Learned advocate for the respondent - University vehemently opposed the application, stating that the applicant does not comply the Regulations of 2007.

Since, under our orders, the applicant was permitted to appear for the examination, we are inclined to allow the application. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", which is as follows : ksk/ 1/2

970 - CA Allowed "The respondent No. 2 i.e. Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik may kindly be directed to declare the result of applicant for Final BDS Winter-2025 examination forthwith and also permit him to complete his paid internship thereafter." 4.
