In the light of the earlier order dated 10/10/2025, presently we do not propose to deal with the civil application. B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 4535 OF 2026 : 1.

By this civil application, the applicant/petitioner seeks to add the proposed employer of the applicant/petitioner as a party

2 909 ca 4535-16 respondent, as well as to incorporate certain paragraphs and the prayer clause in the writ petition.

Though the learned AGP strongly opposed the civil application, we find that since the writ petition is yet to be admitted and the learned AGP would get an opportunity to oppose the amended writ petition, we deem it appropriate to allow the civil application in terms of prayer clause (A). The amendment shall be carried out within one week.

List the writ petition along with Civil Application No. 4536 of 2026 on 08/06/2026.
