This is motion for speaking to minutes to order dated 24th April, 2026.

It is pointed by learned counsel Mr. Shinde appearing for the applicant that on 24th April, 2026, applications were filed in two connected matters for withdrawal of amount which were listed at Sr. No. 961 and 962. This Court passed order in the matter at Sr. No. 961 permitting the applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking. It was expressed that similar order to be passed and recorded in connected matter which was at Sr. No. 962. But the order which
This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 2 ca 4605.26 is sought to be corrected reflects permission to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety.

Both the parties are unanimous that mistake is committed in subsequently recorded order. Same pattern of withdrawal as permitted in the matter at Sr. No. 961 is required to be followed. 4.
In first para of order dated 24th April, 2026 the sentence from "50% of amount on furnishing undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety" shall be replaced by "75% of amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court". So also in para No. 3 of the order instead of figure 50%, figure 75% shall be recorded and further sentence "from 25% of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial)" of this Court shall be deleted. 5.
Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected copy be uploaded. Motion stands disposed of.
