Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants/Appellants submits that the Appellants have deposited the entire amount of compensation, as awarded by the learned Commissioner of Employees' Compensation Act and Judge, Labour Court, Dhule, in this Court by Cheque No. 887755 dated 27th January 2026, amounting to 16,18,719/-. Attention of ₹ this Court is invited to page No. 32 of the Appeal Memo in support of the said submission.

Having considered the aforesaid submission and upon perusal of the record as well as grounds in the Appeal memo, this Court is of the view that a case for the grant of interim relief is made out. Shrikant Malani

Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (B). 4.

In those circumstances, the execution and implementation of the Judgment and Award dated 1st October 2025, passed by the learned Commissioner of the Employees' Compensation Act and Judge, Labour Court, Dhule, in Application (ECA) No. 89 of 2018, shall remain stayed until the conclusion of the First Appeal.
