Learned advocate for respondent No.1 strongly opposed the application.

Perused the application. For the reasons stated therein, and considering the fact that the marriage of applicant No.2 is scheduled for tomorrow i.e., 21.04.2026, it would be proper to partly allow the application to the extent of the share of applicant No.2. Hence, the following order:

a.

The application is partly allowed.

b.

The applicant No.2 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount to the extent of her share out of the amount deposited by the appellant in this court, with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
