By the present application, Mr. Kale, learned Advocate for the Applicant, seeks recall of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.13187 of 2021.

In view of the order dated 27.03.2026 passed by the Regional Deputy Collector, Social Welfare, Latur, it appears that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the concerned authority has decided the matter, albeit by observing that the appeal was not maintainable before it. In such circumstances, the Petitioner is required to challenge the said order passed by the authority, as well as the earlier orders, in appropriate proceedings.

In view of the above, the present application does not survive

The Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the authority, which was the subject matter of the earlier writ petition, by filing a fresh writ petition in accordance with law. With the said liberty, the present application stands disposed of. 5.
