The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, now the respondents are ready to accept the TDR for which they were not ready initially. However, this cannot be done under the scope of review. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Review Application along with pending delay condonation application with liberty to file appropriate proceedings for bringing the settlement between the petitioner and respondents on record as permissible under the legal provisions. 2.

In view of the same, the present Civil Application along with the
