The Petitioner seeks recalling of order dated 10.04.2026 passed in Writ Petition No. 3894/2026.

The learned Advocate appearing for Applicant submits that Petitioner was not heard while order dated 10.04.2026 is passed. 3.

Perusal of order dated 10.04.2026 in Writ Petition No.3894/2026 shows that it was simply a clarification of order order passed in Writ Petition No. 3497/2023 by this Court. Clause No. 5 of said order is quoted and Authorities were just reminded to execute order in terms of directions given by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3497/2023. Therefore, there is no reason to recall order as Writ Petition was disposed of with clarification in respect of order which is already passed in Writ Petition No. 3497/2025.
