This is an Application for condonation of delay of 1477 days in preferring the Application for restoration of Appeal (Stamp) No.26524/2020, which was dismissed for want of removal of office objection.

Issue notice to the Respondents. The learned AGP waives service of notice for all the Respondents.

Heard both the sides.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'B' and 'C', subject to payment of costs of Rs.4000/- by the Applicants, to be paid to the Bar Association of the learned Reference Court within a period of four

(04) weeks. A copy of the receipt of payment of costs shall be produced before the concerned office of this Court.
