By way of this application the Applicants are seeking permission to bring the legal heirs of deceased petitioner No.2 on record by condoning the delay of 32 days. There is no strong oppose from the other side. As such for the reasons stated in this application and on the basis of death certificate of petitioner No.2

2 987.CP.154.17.odt who admittedly died on 22.11.2025, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
