Applicants seek to withdraw different amounts deposited by the respondent - Acquring Body in the First Appeals. 3.

The respondents were directed to deposit the entire amount with accrued interest while granting interim relief and entertaining the Appeal/s, however, 50% of the amount is deposited. As there are lapses on the part of the applicants, it is desirable to permit the applicants to receive the amount deposited by the respondent - Acquiring Body.

Civil Applications are allowed partly.
