This application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition which is dismissed in default by order dated 17.01.2024 for non removal of office objections. There is delay of 715 days in filing application. 2.

Learned Counsel - Mr. S.S. Dande for respondent Nos.3 to 6 strenuously opposes application on the ground that delay is not properly explained.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned subject to cost of Rs.5,000/- (rupees Five Thousands only) to be paid to the High Court Dispensary within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
