Learned counsel for applicant submits that as per order dated 18-03-2026 this writ petition is dismissed for want of taking steps. However, vide instant application, prayers are made to recall the said order and to permit the applicant to bring legal heirs of deceased sole respondent on record, as mentioned in paragraph 8 of the application. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The order dated 18-03-2026 passed in writ petition stands recalled. Writ petition is restored. The applicant is permitted to bring on record legal heirs of sole respondent as mentioned in paragraph no.8 of the application. Amendment to that effect to be carried out within two weeks. After amendment is carried out, office to issue notice to legal heirs of sole respondent to be made returnable four weeks thereafter.
