This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No.8470/2015, which was dismissed in default by an order dated 27/03/2026. Earlier to that, this Court specifically passed the order that the petitioner to make a specific statement as to whether the prayers in this petition still survive. No statement is made even today. Even no statement is made in the application and orally it is stated that prayers still survive.

In view of the oral statement and an assurance given by learned Advocate for the petitioners, which also reflects in paragraph No.3 of the present application that the petitioner would work out the matter on the next date, this application is allowed. Writ Petition No.8470/2015 stands restored to its original stage, subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) to be deposited by the petitioners with the office of the Government Pleader, within a period of two weeks from today.
