This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court as per the impugned judgment and award. It is informed that the appeal filed by the insurance company has been withdrawn. Therefore, the application for withdrawal of amount deserves to be allowed.

Hence, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, with accrued interest thereon.

With this, the civil application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
