This application is filed seeking permission to applicants to withdraw the amount of compensation as per their individual entitlement, shown in the chart filed by Special Land Acquisition Officer.

Admittedly, the Special Land Acquisition Officer has given chart showing individual entitlement of the applicants, however, since composite cheque of compensation is deposited, the office is asking the applicants to accept the composite cheque. 3.

Upon hearing learned advocates for respective parties and learned AGP and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
