The Applicants No. 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E and 2F claim to be the legal heirs/representatives of the deceased Munjaji @ Munjaram. 3.

A copy of the heirship certificate issued by the learned Civil Judge (J.D.) at Partur in Civil M.A. No. 106/2023 is annexed to the Application, showing the Applicants as the legal heirs of the deceased Munjaji @ Munjaram.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'I]'.
