This application is filed seeking permission to deposit an amount of Rs.4,25,000/- through cheque bearing No. 252408 drawn on State Bank of India, Kanna Chowk Branch, Solapur and prayed to accept the said cheque. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.

Perused the letter dated 09.04.2026 received from 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur, through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Solapur for extension of time for execution of the order passed by this Court. Learned advocate for the appellant submitted that now the claimant has deposited Rs.4,25,000/- therefore, he be exempted from depositing Rs.10,000/- for which bailable warrant has been issued. Considering the conduct of the appellant, he is exempted from depositing the Rs.10,000/- for which the bailable warrant has been issued.
