This application is filed for restoration of the Second Appeal, which came to be dismissed in conditional order passed by this Court for non removal of the Office Objections dated 18.02.2026, however, the appellant could not note the conditional order and thus inadvertently could not remove the Office Objections. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed subject to cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only). 3.

The Office Objections shall be removed within a period of 2 weeks from today subject to depositing of the cost with the High Court Advocate's Bar Association Library, Aurangabad till 07.05.2026. 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
