Applicant No.3 Kaustubh Narkhede seeks to withdraw amount deposited by the respondent/insurance company towards his share.

Applicant was minor when this Court permitted his mother and his brother to receive the amount to the extent of 50% falling to their share. Applicant was unable to receive any amount as he was minor. He has attained majority. 4.

Applicant is entitled to receive the amount as per the apportionment. On earlier occasion, his mother and brother

Civil application is partly allowed permitting the applicant No.3 Kaustubh to receive 50% of the amount falling to his share with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. (SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.) ...
